Tasting note
Pink wine from France's sunny south, as delicate as a flower but with fine acidity; full of lychees, strawberries and violets.
Viticulture
Harvested between the cities of Beziers and Carcassonne, the grapes are grown on chalky and clayey terraces at 200 meters above the sea. Consequently, they benefit from the Mediterranean climate, sunny days and cooler temperatures at night due to the altitude.
Food Match
Good with fresh tuna nicoise or linguine vongole.
