Tasting note
Planeta is a Sicilian powerhouse and this, from their Menfi vineyards, is floral and fresh, perfumed with peach, papaya and yellow melon yet restrained by a shot of chamomile.
Vinification
Static decanting of must after destalking and soft pressing; ferments at 15⁰C in stainless steel vats, remaining there until bottling
Food Match
Excellent as aperitif and very versatile in matching with various appetisers, salads and pasta dishes with light or seafood sauces.
