Tasting note
A vibrant showing of tropical fruits, including ripe passionfruit and lychee. Even though the palate is bursting with sweet flavours, the tight line of acidity keeps everything in check, and it finishes deliciously dry with hints of minerality
Viticulture
Good winter rain allowed soil profiles to be full, giving the vines a great start to the growing season. A remarkably cool summer followed, providing perfect conditions for healthy vines to produce fruit with high natural acidity and concentrated flavours. One of the better vintages of the last decade
