Tasting note
A joyful exhibition of tropical fruit, honey dew melon and citrus blossoms. Medium bodied, tropical fruit and melons follow through to the palate joined by stone fruit. The textural quality of Fiano shines through, providing a lovely softness that complements the bright flavours and acid line.
Viticulture
Good winter and spring rainfall, followed by a cool growing season, created ideal conditions for healthy vines and fruit with vibrant natural acidity and concentrated flavours. A standout vintage for white varieties, the wine is sourced from our Polish Hill River Estate and a Leasingham vineyard, highlighting this variety's promising future in Clare Valley.
