Tasting note
A lively presentation of red and blue jubey fruits, accompanied by notes of five spice and cinnamon. Complexity arises from charry oak and subtle herbal tones. The palate echoes the soft blue and red berry elements, with Shiraz delivering plush, spicy-sweet fruit, while Tempranillo adds a delightfully rustic, savory tannin profile.
Vinification
Clare Valley vineyards slightly warmer than average, but all plots by and large achieved a great balance of fruit and acid.
