Tasting note

Pale gold with brilliant green reflections. An intense, complex nose combining dominant floral notes with white citrus fruits like pomelo and lemon, layered over ripe pineapple, white peach and hints of herbal sea spray. Bone-dry, light-bodied and beautifully balanced on the palate. It opens with a round, ample texture that rapidly transitions into a lively, focused acidity. Expect driving flavours of green apple, lemon and pear, backed by the grape's signature marine saltiness and wet stone minerality. Crisp, zesty, and long finish with a delicately iodized (briny) and lightly peppery kick.
