Vinification

Sunraysia regions have a climate well suited for growing vines, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allows ripe fruit flavours and sugars to develop. In 2024 we had mild days, cool nights and medium rain fall. This led to average ripening conditions resulting in bright ripe fruit.
