Tasting note
Medium straw, bright, clear. Fresh, clean nose—stone fruits, white peaches, cream, oak nuances. Palate carries white nectarines, peaches, well-structured, fuller-bodied. Grapefruit acidity balances subtle oak, yielding a creamy, lingering finish. Well-balanced, varietally expressive Chardonnay.
Viticulture
The Murray-Darling region has a climate well suited for growing vines, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allows ripe fruit flavours and sugars to develop.
