Viticulture
Perrier Jouet was founded in Epernay in 1811, Belle Epoque being the flagship wine dating back to 1964 when an original Emile Galle Art Nouveau bottle was discovered and used for the design we know today.
Vinification
Fleur de Champagne is crafted from vineyards averaging over 99% on the échelle des crus, placing it among the highest-rated prestige cuvées. Chardonnay comes from Grand Cru Cramant and Avize, while Pinot Noir is sourced from Aÿ, Dizy, Mailly and Verzenay, with Premier Cru Pinot Meunier from Dizy.
