Tasting note
Powerful Californian white, highly perfumed with honeysuckle, jasmine and pineapple and a memorable blend of ripe stone fruit, wet stone and a splash of Meyer lemon on the palate.
Viticulture
Sourced primarily from Sonoma Coast and Atlas Peak, Mannequin showcases California Chardonnay at its finest. Winemaker Dave Phinney blended Chardonnay with small amounts of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat, creating a balanced, layered wine with remarkable complexity and a distinctive character unlike any other.

Aged in French Oak sur lie for nine months, 27% New
