Tasting note
Deep garnet in colour, the Alpasión Grand Pinot Noir evokes berry fruits of the forest glade: wild raspberry, blueberry and cherry. More complex notes of green pepper, clove, cinnamon and mint are expressed on the silky palate.
Vinification
100% Pinot Noir, from vines grown at 1,200 metres above sea level. Manually-harvested into small, 15kg crates, to maintain pristine condition of fruit during transfer to winery. Aged 12 months in French barrels.
