Ômina Romana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted from hand-picked olives, harvested early at veraison from carefully cultivated groves. Cold-pressed within eight hours, it features Itrana, Leccino, Frantoio, and Rosciola cultivars. On the palate, it offers a medium bitter tone, softened by fresh almond hints, balanced with mild pungency.
