Tasting note

On the palate, the mezcal is smooth and well-rounded. The initial taste features the signature smokiness of agave, which is quickly followed by the tartness of hibiscus. There are layers of flavour, including notes of pomegranate, red berries, and a slight herbal quality that adds depth. The balance between sweetness and acidity is particularly enjoyable.
