Tasting note

Pale, bright straw yellow with faint greenish reflections. Intensely aromatic, opening with vibrant notes of crisp green apples, pears and citrus zest. It is layered with delicate floral undertones (like white jasmine), a touch of stone fruit and a distinct, underlying minerality. Fresh, fluid, and silky on the palate on entry. It balances bright, zesty acidity with a gently unctuous and rounded mouthfeel acquired through months of maturation on its lees. Long, persistent and elegant finish, leaving lasting impressions of fresh fruit and delicate stones.
