Tasting note
Golden color with white gold reflections. This beautifully complex Santenay evokes brioche and fresh butter on the nose. The attack is supple, the generous and full mouth with mineral notes, offers us a feeling of fullness.
Viticulture
Santenay is located in the very south of the Côte de Beaune, on the border between the Côte d’Or and the Saône et Loire. The 340 hectares vineyard are crossed by the Dheune river.
Vinification
Pneumatic pressing, then cold static settling, followed by alcoholic fermentation and aging in French oak barrels, on lees.
