Tasting note
Bursting with floral aromas and redcurrant perfume, this Pinot Noir is rich and juicy with delicious raspberry, hints of strawberry and spice flavours.
Viticulture
Hand harvested fruit sourced from three distinct sub-regions of Bendigo, Pisa and Gibbston. Farming follows sustainable and organic principles with livestock being used to eat grass and provide manure to produce compost and enrich soil.
Vinification
100% destemmed fruit was fermented in stainless steel before being matured for 10 months in older French oak barrels.
