Vinification

This top-flight producer has a single plot of 35-40 year-old vines in the Verroilles lieux-dit of Richebourg. Fruit is handpicked, fermented in conical oak vats, then aged around 17 months in oak barrels. Only around 300 bottles of this wine are made each year.
