Tasting note
A pale rosé with soft salmon‑pink reflections. The nose opens gracefully with aromas of small red fruits and juicy white fruits such as quince and white peach. On the palate, it is delicate and refined, revealing subtle notes of pomegranate and nectarine. Fresh, light and beautifully harmonious.
Unique Selling Point
An elegant rosé that is a great match for creative cuisine. Pour yourself a glass with roast tomato and burrata bruschetta, fillets of red mullet with slow-cooked borlotti beans, or sliced fillet steak with Herbes de Provence butter, an apricot tarte makes a lovely partner for dessert.
Viticulture
This elegant rosé is crafted exclusively from regeneratively farmed vineyards within the renowned “golden triangle,” nestled on the foothills of the Maure mountains. Here, the meeting of maritime and continental influences creates exceptional terroir conditions, perfectly suited to producing rosés of the highest quality.
Vinification
Night harvested followed by gentle direct pressing before temperature controlled fermentation. The wines are protected with inert gas throughout the winemaking process. Vegan friendly.
