Tasting note
Vibrant guava, lime zest, and honeydew aromas with subtle cask notes add depth. Extended lees ageing brings creamy texture, while natural acidity delivers a bright, mineral finish. A full-flavoured, balanced, and complex Margaret River classic.
Vinification
Fruit was night-harvested, whole berry pressed, and fermented in stainless steel and large-format oak to build texture and aromatics. Parcels rested on fine lees over winter for added weight and mouthfeel, then bottled early to retain freshness and lift.
