Tasting note

Pale gold in colour. Ocean spray, citrus blossoms, lemongrass and pear on the nose with faint crushed-shell minerality. Lemon, lime, nectarine, quince paste and green apple on the palate. Light-bodied with searing, laser-focused acidity and a clean, linear mouthfeel. Long, juicy and salivating finish with lingering citrus oil and sea-spray salinity.
