Tasting note
Complex aromas on the nose - honey, truffle, caramel and savoury notes, and a suggestion of creamy coffee. The palate is lighter and fresher than the nose suggests, with lively, lemony, citric notes, and a persistent finish.

Vinification
Hand-picked Ribolla Gialla, grown at the villages of Oslavia and Capriva del Friuli, in the Collio DOC. The Collio’s hilly terrain, formed during the Eocene period, consists of layers of sandstone and loam rock, which provides and excellent vine-growing substrate.
