Tasting note
The colour is a bright ruby red. The nose is full of attractive red fruits such as raspberry and cassis and some spicy hints.
Vineyard
Planted on gravelly soils, the vines benefit from light and perfectly drained ground.
Viticulture

Vinification
Mechanically harvested grapes are destemmed, briefly heated and macerated, then pressed. After fermentation and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged six months in concrete and stainless-steel tanks before bottling.
