Tasting note
With very low yields in 2021, it has a concentrated nose of lime, lemon and a touch of acacia honey. It benefits from time in the glass to open out to reveal a creamy textured, refreshing lemon and white pear fruit, with a hint of minerals and a lengthy finish. It works well with dishes using butter or cream, as well as soft cheeses and aged Comté.
Viticulture
Given Nicolas’ passion for terroir all of his growers are either BIO certified or farming lutte raisonée, enabling him to continue producing his exceptional terroir driven wines.
