Tasting note
Brilliant pale yellow colour. The nose reveals intense, fruity aromas of white fruit (pear, apple) blended with notes of citrus and white flowers. A bunch of fresh stone fruits on the palate, with a crisp and mineral-driven texture.

Vineyard
This Chardonnay is planted on limestone marl, which maintains a balance between heat and humidity so that the vines produce grapes with a good level of acidity.
Viticulture
The Languedoc, France’s oldest and largest wine region, traces its viticultural roots to the Greeks and Romans. Nestled between sea and mountains, the Pays d’Oc enjoys a sunny Mediterranean climate and diverse soils, producing a wide range of distinctive wines.
Vinification
The first step in crafting this Chardonnay is picking the grapes at perfect maturity to create a balanced white wine. Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press allows the extraction of premium juices only. Fermentation in temperature-controlled between 16°C to 18°C in concrete tanks. It is then aged on its fine lees, for 5 months and filtered before bottling.
Food Match
Enjoy this wine chilled, with seafood, grilled fish, creamy light cheeses or roast turkey.
