Tasting note
Beautiful dark purple colour. With its complex bouquet of fresh red fruit, roundness on the palate and silky tannins. The mouth is soft and the finish is long and aromatic.
Vinification
Mechanical harvest. Vinification with sort out - de-stemmer cooling of the tanks by water erosion. Stainless- steel tanks.
