Tasting note
An irresistibly delicious, finely-crafted Sauternes, which offers extraordinary value for money. With an expressive nose, evoking apricots, super-ripe pineapple and crème brûlée, it is lusciously sweet, yet elegant and well-balanced on the palate, evolving into a long, honeyed finish, full of finesse.
Vinification
The must ferments in casks, an ancestral technique which facilitates optimal temperature control. Maturation for one year in barrels.
