Fine, racy Petit Chablis, mineral and packed with green apple flavours, with a pleasant tang of lemon peel on the finish.
Viticulture
The Petit Chablis vineyards, planted on fully exposed slopes that overlook the Grand Crus on the right bank, produce a fresh, lively wine that is ready to drink. Portlandian. Right bank slopes. Shallow and very stony soils, rich in organic matter. Shallow limestone soil.
