Tasting note
This pale pink Rosé displays plenty of fruity aromas, red berries and floral notes. This wine is vivacious and fresh. The crispness of the wine is well balanced by a creamy palate and generous length.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at night, when the temperatures are low, to avoid oxidation. As they arrive at cellar, the grapes are immediately pressed.
