Tasting note
Lovely salmon pink in the glass. The nose displays delicious aromas of fresh red fruits followed by floral notes and a hint of wild herbs. The juicy and fresh first impression is balanced by a creamy mouth-watering length.
Viticulture
This delicious rosé wine was born in the Languedoc, South of France, from a small village in the foothills of the Black Mountain, where making Rosé is a longstanding way of life. Here, Grenache grapes benefit from the Mediterranean climate: South facing slopes, warm and dry weather, gravelly terroirs.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested early, gently pressed and only premium free-run juice is used. After clarification, fermentation at 16–18°C takes place in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation is stopped to preserve freshness. The wine is aged 4 months on fine lees with regular stirring before bottling.
Food Match
Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or with various tapas, cold cuts, humus, lobster rolls and goat cheese salad.
