Tasting note

With lovely, summery notes of elderflower, pink grapefruit and orange blossom, this is a very appealing Gascony white. Sauvignon Blanc makes it reassuringly recognisable, while the authentic south-west French varieties, Colombard and Gros Manseng provide a distinctive sense of place, as well as rounding out the texture of the wine. In all, fresh and vibrant while satisfyingly complete and balanced.
