Tasting note
Cherry and pear drop aromas, with juicy, fruity flavours of pear and ripe pineapple. It's not complicated, but refreshing and very easy-drinking.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested at night to retain optimal freshness, ahead of arriving at the winery for gentle pneumatic pressing. Fermentation at low temperature (15° Celsius) in stainless steel, followed by brief ageing on the fine lees to add texture and aromatic complexity.
