Tasting note
Clean and precise bouquet with black cherries and raspberry aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red berry fruit and a silky long finish.
Viticulture
Fruit for this wine is sourced from the sunny and coastal Languedoc vineyards. The grapes are assembled at the winery from growers under the watchful eye of LGI one of the largest and most consistent cooperatives in the South of France. Oak staves are suspended in the steel tanks to allow a gentle oaking of the wine prior to bottling.
Food Match
Great by the glass and could be taken even slightly chilled. Would match very well with duck breast, crispy bacon, pasta, cold cuts & soft cheeses.
