Tasting note
All pineapples, green apples and white peach. Elegant and crisp with a mouth-watering hint of acidity.
Vinification
After pressing in a dry-ice, inerted pneumatic press, with a small amount of macération pelliculaire and cold stabulation to add depth and weight, the wines are fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures before maturing on their fine lees until bottling in the spring.
