Unique Selling Point
Sourced with a Master of Wine, from brilliant independent producers across Europe, Laylo wines are all about putting premium quality into eco-friendly, convenient formats.
Viticulture
Made using the direct press method, grapes rest briefly in the press to extract a delicate blush from the skins. Once the desired pale colour is reached, they are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel at 15–18°C. Inert gas preserves colour and freshness. No oak ageing or malolactic fermentation is used.
