Tasting note
Provençal rosé, fragrant and elegant as southern sunshine, full of strawberries, cherries, citrus and crushed red apples.
Viticulture
Beautiful, lavender filled, Mediterranean edged Provence; warm days, cool nightes and of course sunshine! Perfect for Rose viticulture. These vines are set within a 75-acre award-winning vineyard, located in the commune of La Garde Freinet, enjoying stunning views of the Massif des Maures across the valley.
Vinification
Fruit is left on skins for a short maceration to gather the delicate pink hue. The juice is then fermented in temperature controlled, satinless steel cellar conditions to give a fresh, delicate and aromatic Rose.
Food Match
Aperitif, pork chops barbecue, grilled chiken, tapas, light pastas and risottos.
