Tasting note
A pale, dry and delicate French rosé from the Languedoc region. It offers bright aromas of red berries, including strawberry and raspberry, paired with subtle Mediterranean herbs. Crisp, unoaked and light-bodied, it is highly refreshing and perfect as an aperitif.
Vineyard
Like no other country, France offers an extraordinary diversity of terroirs, creating a rich and varied wine landscape that can be enjoyed by all.
Viticulture
France is one of the world’s leading wine-growing nations and the heart of its viticultural heritage is the concept of terroir, which originated there. Terroir describes how a grape variety expresses flavour, aroma, and colour, shaped by soil, climate, winegrowing practices and the skill of the vintner.
Vinification
Harvested at night to preserve freshness, the grapes are destemmed and gently pneumatically pressed. Juices are clarified by flotation, fermented at 16–18 °C, then aged on fine lees for added roundness and complexity.
