To craft this wine, our experts used modern winemaking techniques to recreate the best of traditional French wine, with the right drop of modernity. The result is a perfect combination of the New World and Old World style, offering a fruit forward and pleasant rosé: the perfect spring wine!
Viticulture
Conventional viticulture, HVE 3.
Vinification
Grapes are harvested early morning, then destemmed and gently pressed to extract premium juice. Fermentation occurs in a CO₂-rich atmosphere to prevent oxidation, at 16–18°C in stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees for 4 months to enhance aromas and add a creamy texture before bottling.
