Tasting note
Wild, spicy and full of concentrated red fruit, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Vinification
Hand-picked, first ripest fruit, cool soaked, and aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Careful selection, final blend married in new barrels for 12 more months. After nearly 2 years in a cool cellar, Gypsy is harmonized, with intense fruit and oak in perfect balance. A focused, concentrated blend with deep fruit layers.
Food Match
Deliciously matched with risotto, sensuously truffled pasta. Ideal for flavoursome grills, lamb and beef.
