Crafted for everyday drinking. Lovely complexity with mix of tropical fruit, tangy grassy notes, fig leaves & nectarine nuances with crisp dry finish
Viticulture
100 % Sauvignon Blanc grapes cropping at 10 tons per hectare from trellised vineyard utilising double Perold trellising system, as well as a third Smart-Dyson system; deep sandy soil on 2 m deep gravel.
Vinification
Hand harvested, fermented cool, bottled early to show the freshest fruit flavours.
