Tasting note
A hugely polished wine with vanilla honey notes & a lingering aftertaste. Pure and bright.
Viticulture
Vineyards near the old riverbed, first laid out in early 1970's.
Vinification
Hand harvested fruit from old heritage vineyards and whole bunch pressed and natural fermentation in 400L french oak barrels, 10% new oak, the rest is 2nd fill and older. Aged in barrel for up to 10 months.
