Bright, light-gold with a radiant, crystalline sheen and slight green highlights. Unveils layered, complex aromas of lily of the valley, peach blossom, ripe pears, exotic fruits, acacia honey and toasted almonds with hints of exotic woods. Full-bodied on the palate but light on its feet. Unctuous, rich and satiny, offering a symphony of poached pears, hazelnut and cream balanced by precise, lively acidity and mineral reduction. Exceptionally long, resonant and fine, ending with delicate salinity and stony bitter lemon zest.
