Tasting note
Wonderfully aromatic Meursault, a creamy palate with hazelnut butter, yellow plum and gingerbread complemented by floral notes of linden, chamomile and hawthorn and a dollop of honey.

Grapes sourced from long-term grower-partners of Joseph Drouhin.
Viticulture
2023 was one of the warmest in Burgundy, producing grapes of real ripeness and concentration.
Vinification
Grapes were hand harvested, and barrel fermented using native yeasts. Wines underwent full MLF, and were aged for up to 16 months in French oak, up to 25% new barrels.
Food Match
The wine can be enjoyed with a broad variety of dishes from delicately flavoured fish dishes through to chicken and pork.
