Tasting note
Yellow straw green highlights. Dominated by notes of ripe white fruit and spices, including nutmeg on the nose, along with hints of magnolia flower, balsamic elements, vanilla and fine woods. Silky on the palate, with well-balanced acidity and a finish where floral notes predominate.
Viticulture
Founded in 1647, Chivite is one of Spain's oldest wine dynasties. Today, Julián Chivite combines tradition with innovation at the exceptional Legardeta vineyard, where a unique microclimate and sustainable, low-yield viticulture produce wines of remarkable quality, including one of Spain's most acclaimed whites, served to the Spanish Royal Family.
Vinification
Richly textured and complex, with fresh bread, hazelnuts, a brief whiff of mint and a lasting flavour of verbena.
