Tasting note
Forthright, perfumed red, exuberant with dark fruit and spice, pulsating with blackberry and black plum.
Vinification
Manual night harvests in crates of 18kg and transport to the ultra sleek hi-tech winery in Basbina in temperature-controlled trucks. Gentle crushing and de-stalking. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. French oak for 12 months, 60% new and 40% used.
