Tasting note
A deep purple-ruby colour. Complex of aromas with red fruits, blackberry liqueur, a touch of incense and notes of mint and cedar sap. The palate offers a continuation of the nose: suave and intense, with the mineral tension characteristic of great limestone terroirs. Fresh finish with extended flavours, which disclose great ageing potential.
Viticulture
55% Syrah, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot. Hand
Vinification
Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months. 50% new, 50% used (second fill).
Food Match
Try with a peppered sirloin steak.
