Tasting note

Expressive aromas of zesty lime, fresh gooseberries, yellow fruit and a subtle tropical or grassy lift. A tantalizing, juicy burst of citrus, green apple and hints of white peach. It is perfectly dry with a mouth-watering, crisp acidity. A complex, subtly creamy finish (thanks to lees aging) that ends with a bright, lingering and slightly saline or flinty zest.
