Aromatic and expressive with notes of white peach, lime zest and subtle tropical hints (pineapple/passion fruit) layered with delicate jasmine and wet stone. Crisp and tightly wound on the palate with racy, elegant acidity. Flavours of lemon curd, fresh citrus and orchard fruit lead into a long, beautifully marked mineral and saline finish.
