Shows an intense red color with purple hints. An intense bouquet of Patagonic berries such as cassis, raspeberries and prunes combine with hints of mint on the nose. On the palate, the lush fruit continues, with sweet tannins and a velvety yet ageworthy structure.

Food Match
Partner with lamb, or rich stews to balance the fruit and structure of the wine. Also a good foil for hard, aged cheese such as parmesan.
