Vinification

This Domaine boasts some of Burgundy's oldest vines, planted between 1920 and 1950. A combination of old-vine material and painstaking vineyard work is the basis for the outstanding quality here. Fermentation in concrete tanks, with up to 20% of the stems included to add structure to vintages with sufficient fruit concentration.
