Highland Park 21 Year Old single malt is a combination of three distinct cask types – first-fill sherry hogsheads, ex-bourbon casks and refill casks – ensuring a rich, full-bodied character. The palate offers a medley of sun-ripened oranges, fresh ginger, vanilla cream, heather honey, aromatic peat smoke and toasted oak that linger in the finish.
