Tasting note
Fleshy and full-bodied, featuring intense dark fruits (blackberries, plum), with a peppery oak finish. Ripe plum, blackberry, and subtle peppery spice.
Vinification
Fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Gentle extraction to ensure softness of tannin. Bottled soon after MLF is complete to champion varietal character.
